   Products displayed on our website are with camera & lighting effect. However, we make every effort to produce and deliver our products as per colors and images indicated in the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We are not obligated, to complaints if any raised by the customer and we will not refund the amount in such cases.
   We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

General TERMS & CONDITIONS

2. As a general rule, all orders placed on the website are treated as confirmed.
   
3. Pictures appearing in the website are of actual products made from our standard recipes. However, the product you receive may not be exactly the same. We make all our cake bases as close to the order as possible to maintain freshness and good shelf-life. We may alter the look, size, shape or ingredients of our products based on many conditions like availability of seasonal ingredients, intended shelf life of the product, packaging options, distance to delivery area, time available between order and dispatch etc. However we will always provide you a product that is consistent and standardized as per what you see on the website. Standardization and complete look-alikeness is not guaranteed for theme cakes
   
4. The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate and indicative. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the products delivered. Messages and instructions thereof need to be communicated at the time of placing of the order - in written - to ensure correctness.
   
5. Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 2 hours of delivery or next day if our contact support are not available (post 7pm). The customer service desk will be functioning from 9am to 7pm – on all days.
   
6. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
